Lt Pasco & the Battle of Trafalgar 1805
Our speaker will be Warren Pasco.
Warren lives in Melbourne & is a direct decendant of Lt Pasco, signals Lt on HMS Victory on 21/10/1805.
Direct decendants of Victory’s crew on that fateful day were invited to Portsmouth in 2005 to attend the 200th Anniversary celebrations. Hear all about the festivities, the pomp & circumstance, the absolute thrill of being part of living history and being in the war ship where history actually took place. Warren will share with us artifacts of his ancestor tell us his story.
Rex Williams comments: “I visited HMS Victory a couple of months before the celebrations & spent two and a half hours on her. Her restoration is complete & both Warren & I will have pictures to share with you. Please join us!.”
