The gas-fire at the Melbourne Naval centre heats the Ballroom at the Melbourne Naval centre very well and your comfort is assured as you watch this excellent series as it covers the years 1916-1939.
Another good reason to attend our July meeting is that we will enjoy a birthday cake for supper. Last July we celebrated the 40th Birthday of the Naval Historical Society of Australia in fine style. Our Chapter of the NHS actually had its first meeting on July 5th 1971 and we will have a birthday cake to mark the occasion!
