More of Australia’s Naval History in the WWI period
Our speaker will be Captain Doctor Ian Pfennigwerth RAN ret.
Dr Ian Pfennigwerth is a Naval Historian of note and the author of many books on naval subjects.
His address will be a follow on from ‘Little Known facts of Australia’s Naval History in the WWI period’, he presented to us last March. Ian will explore the lesser-known activities of the RAN in the War following the final defeat of the German Naval threat in the Pacific and Indian Oceans.
