The speaker will be the eminent Mr Hugh Edwards, OAM, a Western Australian, who played a major part in the discovery of famous Dutch East India Company shipwrecks of the 17th and 18th centuries on the Western Australia coast, including as primary discoverer of the Batavia and Zeewyk. Hugh is marine photographer and author, and has written numerous books on maritime, diving, local and natural history.

Non-members are welcome to attend by prior arrangement with the President WA Chapter.
